Why Should I Clean My Windows?

overlook our windows. At Brothers, we believe that regular
cleaning of the windows, sills, tracks, and screens prolongs the
life of those items. It also contributes to the beauty of your

your windows closed, thus eliminating the need for screens.
Using screens increases the chances of spotting to occur because
rain water transfers dirt and dust particles from the screen,

windows for all occasions. Windows are cleaned seasonally in
addition to any necessary touch-ups before special occasions
Brothers Bi-annual Service – Spring and Fall maintenance, for
our clients requiring that extra touch.
Brothers Annual Service – Helps guarantee essential maintenance
of your home, including sills, tracks and screens.
How Will They Be Cleaned?
Brothers staff will enter your home wearing Shoe Guard to
protect your floors and carpeting. We will carefully remove your
furniture and any items that hinder access to the windows. We
will remove the delicate mullions and raise the window to
release the screens. Our experienced staff will clean your glass
with state-of-the-art Ettore Products. Ettore repels dirt and
water spots longer than any other product on the market.
Additionally, we use lint free fabrics to make sure your windows
are protected as well as free from any fiber that regular cloths
and paper towels leave behind. Once the glass is cleaned, we
will wipe down the tracks and sills, replace the mullions and
